Für den automatisierten Test auf mobilen Endgeräten gibt es zahlreiche Cloudprovider, jedoch sind für Projekte in sensiblen Bereichen immer wieder Lösungen gefragt, die ausschließlich Inhouse durchgeführt werden.
Um Nachhaltigkeit und effektive Nutzung von Ressourcen zu gewährleisten, haben wir das Setup automatisiert um jeden Projekt einen schnellen Start zu ermöglichen. Das Konzept basiert rein auf Open-Source Tools und spart somit den Bedarf an teuren proprietären Lösungen. Nach dem Workshop können die Teilnehmer auf die bewährte Lösung zurückgreifen und selbstständig anwenden.
Ablauf:
- Intro & Theorie (15 min)
- Hands-On
- Showcast (10 min)
- Praktische Übung (65 min)
- Optional Reporting (je nach Teilnehmeranzahl und Fortschritt)
Bei aktiver Teilnahme wird benötigt:
- Laptop mit einer aktuellen Java/Kotlin Version (Java > 17)
- Maven
- IDE (IntelliJ bevorzugt, Community Edition ausreichend)

Coding enthusiast developing Software for 16 years. Worked most of the time on backend related Projects (Java/Kotlin/Spring (being a huge Fan of it)) for companies in Austria and Germany. Always having a strict eye on extensively written tests. Due to strong backend related Work nicely sliced Tests, Unittests and IntegrationTests are an inevitable must.
I came in touch with Selenium while writing a Test framework for a former Customer. This way the gap was closed to automated frontend-testing, being now able to provide 'the whole chain'.
From that point i'm working together with my colleague on fun Maven/Kotlin Automated testing stuff publishing it on Github.
